The renovation, run properly
Every project follows the sequence documented publicly in the stage-by-stage project anatomies: scope and contract before demolition, permit before shovel (Brantford's Cloudpermit or the County of Brant system), licensed trades on every wired and wet scope, inspections at each stage, and a final walkthrough against the written scope. Payments are staged to completed milestones with the 10% Construction Act holdback respected, the structure any homeowner can demand from any contractor, as explained in the consumer-protection framework in plain language.
